The apartments and rooms are all included in the large Casale Provincaccia which also includes the manor house and is the business center of Tenuta Grazia. Renovated respecting the original structure, they are furnished with antique furniture, fully equipped, with linen, independent heating and therefore self-sufficient.
It is precisely the houses where the families lived that from the time of sharecropping up until recent times worked for our company and in fact are still named by the original street numbers.

Continental breakfast
What we offer our guests is the classic Italian breakfast, with two or three types of sweets, biscuits, bread and jam all homemade starting from ingredients strictly of Tuscan origin, therefore locally sourced as well as milk, honey, yogurt, cereals, butter and except fruit juices, coffee and herbal teas. Timetable: from 08:00 to 09:30
Half board
Half board includes breakfast and dinner which is served starting at 20:00
Costs per day per person: adults € 35.00; children 6-11 years €.30.00; children < 6 years a la carte.
Cleaning
the initial and final cleaning of the accommodations are included in the price of the stay as well as the supply of linen for bedrooms and bathrooms and a weekly change for stays longer than a week. Daily cleaning service is not available, while laundry service is available at an extra cost.
Wifi connection
Available for free in the apartments and outside spaces immediately surrounding the farmhouse.
Bicycles
Our bicycles are available free to guests. They are also equipped with child seats up to 25 kg in weight. Helmets are not provided.
Equipment
Our accommodations are not equipped with air conditioning, television and radio. An initial supply of toilet paper, kitchen paper and dishwashing detergent is provided; since the daily cleaning service for the accommodations is not carried out, guests are required to provide their own supplies for the rest of the stay.
